Counterflow Thermacross TX19MA

TX19MA has been designed for use in poor water quality counterflow cooling towers for commercial HVAC and light industrial applications.

It is best suited for applications with a TSS less than 100 PPM with good microbiological control (less than 25 PPM where microbiological control is poor). It is a honeycomb modular block design that is light and easy to handle for ongoing maintenance. It is easy to wash due to the open 19mm flute design.

This is the best fill pack to maintain the cooling performance in dirty water applications achieving results like the CF1200 fill pack.

Oil or grease potential contamination needs to be maintained at less than 5 PPM and the water treatment requires appropriate surfactant use.

• Suited for make-up water from potable sources where the water is hard and tends to cause scale.
• Water treatment should include an oxidizing biocide and scale inhibitors.
• Location of the cooling tower should have minimal, moderate, to high airborne dust.
