Counterflow CF1200

CF1200 has been designed for use in counterflow cooling towers for commercial HVAC and light industrial applications.

It is a honeycomb modular block design that is light and easy to handle for ongoing maintenance.

• Water Quality: Best suited for applications with low TSS, typically less than 25 PPM.
• Microbiological Control: Requires good water treatment with microbiological control (less than 1 PPM where control is poor).
• Source Water: Suited for make-up water derived from potable or filtered water sources.
• Chemical Treatment: Water treatment must include an oxidizing biocide and appropriate scale inhibitors.
• Location/Environment: Tower location should be areas with minimal to moderate airborne dust levels.

Oil or grease potential contamination needs to be maintained at less than 5 PPM and the water treatment requires appropriate surfactant use.
