Ball Float Valves

Ball float valves are essential for maintaining the correct water level in a cooling tower’s basin. By automatically controlling the inflow of make-up water, they prevent both overflow and low-water conditions that can damage a pump or reduce a tower’s efficiency.

Our valves consist of three main components: the valve body, which controls water flow; an adjuster rod / arm, which connects the float to the valve; and a buoyant plastic float, which rises and falls with the water level. The simple mechanical action of the float opening and closing the valve ensures a consistent water level, providing reliable and automatic replenishment for your cooling tower system.
